Shipping policy

Please note that all our products are Made To Order. This means it takes approximately 10 to 12 business days to manufacture your order after it is placed.

After you have placed an order, a sales representative will call to confirm your order. No orders will be shipped without confirmation.

A street address is required for all deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 72 business hours. We will keep you informed throughout the process with SMS and email notifications after dispatch.

If your given phone number is not reachable, your order may be cancelled after 24 hours. If we are unable to ship your items within 30 days, we will cancel your order and receive a full refund in case you have made advance payment.

In rare cases, an item may not be made to order or may be available for immediate shipment. You will be informed on the product page, SMS, Call or Email.
